Enjoy good food and fellowship while making a difference! All proceeds go to the Providence Culinary Training program of Second Harvest Food Bank.
- March 4: Baked Ziti; Italian meatballs; Italian salad with ranch or balsamic dressing; garlic bread with butter.
- March 11: BBQ chicken quarters; southern pimento mac & cheese with bacon; fried cabbage; garden salad with ranch or balsamic dressing; bread & butter.
- March 18: Tamale beef pie; cilantro lime rice; Mexican corn with cotija cheese & Texas Pete; garden salad with ranch or balsamic dressing; green chile cornbread.
- March 25: Beef tips with onion and mushroom gravy; garlic mashed potatoes; stewed green beans; harvest salad with strawberries, bacon, feta, almonds and poppy seed dressing; bread & butter.
