At the Edible Schoolyard, chickens play a vital role in our garden, from composting vegetable scraps to eating weeds. They also give us the gift of fresh eggs each day! In this class, we will put these eggs to use in an eggcellent frittata. Students will have a chance to meet our cluckers, harvest vegetables and herbs, and enjoy a healthy and delicious dish together. On the menu:  springtime frittatas. This class is for ages 8-11.
