The plan calls for the apartment community to have two rooftop pools and a rooftop clubhouse that will overlook NewBridge Bank Park, providing residents with a new way to watch minor league baseball. Parking will be available on the ground floor as well as behind the buildings.
The centerpiece of the development will be a Hyatt Place Hotel on the corner of Bellemeade and Eugene Streets, with 106 rooms, a second-floor swimming pool along Eugene Street and about 3,500 square feet of meeting space.
