Grants & Incentives
DGI directs specific programs to help attract investment within the Downtown BID District. In addition, we commission studies and track data that can be helpful in making investment decisions and keep up with local ordinances that can impact development. Please contact us directly if we may assist you with data tracking when determining business growth downtown.
DGI First Friday Micro Grant
The DGI First Friday Micro Grant Program is designed to support small businesses located downtown in activating their storefronts and enhancing their presence during First Fridays. This funding provides funding for creative, customer-focused experiences that encourages increased foot traffic, expand engagement opportunities, and contribute to a more vibrant downtown environment. This grant is a reimbursable grant of up to $250.
DGI Emergency Stabilization Fund
The DGI Stabilization Fund is a program designed to support small businesses located downtown in covering the cost of repairs and/or cleaning of their business due to vandalism, graffiti, or other damage sustained. This program provides financial support to help with unforeseen and unexpected situations that occur outside of a business's control. This grant is a reimbursable grant of up to $2,000.
